This position is an integral role at our store and is responsible for the initial customer-facing impression, ensuring we are providing our customers with an exceptional experience while maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
Responsibilities:
· Verify receipt of new cars that have been delivered to the dealership
· Park vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner according to make and model
· Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
· Ensure cleanliness of vehicles by washing and decluttering them
· Register and store keys securely
· Help to prepare vehicles for delivery by refueling, checking batteries and tire pressure, etc.
· Pick up and deliver vehicles as directed by management
· Travel to license office to pick up and deliver information
· Aptitude for customer relations
· Perform other related duties as required by management
What you bring:
· Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
· Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
· Great organization and time management skills
· Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round

The ideal candidate for this position will coordinate and support all efforts to establish an industry-leading "Guest experience" for all of Marigold Ford Lincoln's clientele. This position will be responsible for scheduling check-in times, and handling both inbound and outbound calls pertaining to the arrival of special-order parts and missed Service appointments. Vital to this role would be always handling guest inquires in an efficient and timely manner, as well as working with other departments to develop prompt guest service communication.
