Service Receptionist

Position Overview:

As a Service Receptionist at Marigold Ford Lincoln, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming and positive first impression of the dealership. This position plays a pivotal role in the service department's success by ensuring smooth customer interactions, responding to incoming calls and inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a warm welcome to all visitors entering the service department.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner; taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic dealership information, such as location, hours of operation, and services offered.
  • Assist customers with cashing out, ensuring every transaction is seamless with accurate records.
  • Perform additional duties as required to help support the dealership's success.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
