Receptionist/Vehicle Inventory Clerk
Marigold Ford Lincoln is seeking a full time Receptionist/Vehicle Inventory Clerk that is professional, outgoing, and energetic! If you are organized, patient and understand what’s required to create great customer experiences, are interested in a busy, high-energy, fun work environment with a great team of employees and wonderful customers then we’d like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet all persons entering the Showroom and direct them to the proper department; notify the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a Salesperson or Service Advisor
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner within two rings and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold (no more than 30 seconds)
• Vehicle Licensing
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries (directions, hours etc)
• Updating and maintaining vehicle inventory (stocking in new units, stocking them out when sold, updating garage registers etc.)
• Commissioning and posting deals
• Handling the company deposits when Office Manager is away (i.e. cheques, cash, etc.)
• General office/admin duties
